Cannot connect my deliveries account for synchronization.

Question

I keep getting the error message "There was an error trying to fulfill your request" when I try to connect my deliveries account to the android app.  It works fine on my Mac but not on the app.  I would use my google account, but I don't know how to sync my google account with the Mac software.

thanks for the request.

You probably use Deliveries for Mac by Junecloud. I'm not related to them and "Deliveries Package Tracker" for Android is a completely separate product. I admit that with them renaming their app from "Delivery status touch" to "Deliveries: a package tracker", thinking that my Android app is connected to them seems even more likely and I'm not too happy about that.
