I'm still working on the app and trying to provide basic support (it's hard to keep up for one person, so I have to admit that requests do fall through). This website is also meant to take a bit of weight of my shoulders (i.e. users helping users and not having to repeat the same support request over and over) but it's obviously not working out too well.

Would it be an option to select a couple of long time users and train them to help you out with certain types of requests, e.g. adding new providers? Just an idea...
