I've been noticing this recent development for sometime now and it's starting to get quite annoying that I have to individually check my parcel status on a browser because I can't see it in-app... I've sent countless bug reports to no avail... Please help

In my case, I have seen that DHL transferred the package to a local provider (bpost). On the website of DHL, I can see every movement, also the transfer from DHL to bpost. The tracker stays the same.

After the parcel has been transferred to the second provider, the app shows 'Error loading data!'.

When I change the provider to the second provider, it works fine.

How come that the app isn't smart enough to keep the same tracker?
At least, I should get a notification that there was a sync problem.
It would be nice if I can specify another sound for that notification.
