Transfer my license to another google account

Hello, I bought the app in my old google account. It's possible transfer my license to my new google account?

If you still have access to your old account, please send an email from that address to me (https://deliveries.orrs.de/about/), including:

1.  your new email address (I will answer there)
2. a link to this Q&A thread
3. if possible the original order ID from Google Play.

If you don't have access to your old account, send an email from your new one instead and include your old email address as "1.".
