Hello,
I have a package shipped by amazon logistics. When I observe the parcel tracking on amazon.fr, there is always a step that I never see on the tracking in deliveries.
This step is:
"samedi 16 juillet
3:05 Le colis est arrivé à l'agence de livraison finale
Morlaas, FR"
on the other hand, when the package is being delivered, I can see it clearly. there is just this step which is not present on the follow-up. Why ?
can this be fixed ?
