Widgit has no data.

Hello! Using the free version on Galaxy Note 3. I have placed the widget on my desktop but it just sits there empty. No data, clicking it has no reaction. And advice? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what could be causing this. Do you have active deliveries in the app?

Did you try rebooting the device after adding the widget and waiting a while afterwards? On Samsung devices, widgets that you add aren't always activated immediately, it can take a few minutes to load the data.
