Allow multiple carriers on a delivery

Question

Some packages are handed over to a "last mile" carriers that give more detailed information than the original carrier.
It would be nice to not have to add two deliveries with the same tracking numer but different carriers.

It's simple. Edit the the delivery.  Copy the tracking code.  Open "Add partial delivery" and paste the tracking number and select the carrier. Save the record and you have two carriers on the save delivery.
