As far as I know, I've correctly set up synchronization to my EBay account, as it's showing up in my settings and it worked for the first EBay item I tried. Now I've tried adding a new EBay item and the app won't let me choose eBay as the carrier because I need to 'set up synchronization'. But I already have!! It won't even let me save the item unless I choose some other carrier, which clearly won't work. Is there something I'm missing?
