Deliveries Account Web Site Not Compatible with Firefox 36

I created a Deliveries web site account and tried the Add a Delivery option in Firefox 36 on Windows 7 64 bit and the popup that says Please Wait appears then goes away immediately. I tried the same on Internet Explorer and I get the proper popup. Is it not designed to be compatible with Firefox?

Do you have an addon like ad block installed in Firefox? If so, please whitelist my website as it can cause issues with the scripts.
