Hi,

I bought the pro version a while back. It seemed to work and now, it shows ads and a prompt to buy the pro version. Google play link does not open though.

The sync with amazon and ebay are working though, so not sure what is going on. Please advise.

Unfortunately, it seems that a few customers seem to have issues with the Google Play licensing system at the moment.

Unfortunately, it's a closed system and I am unable to reproduce the problems. Thus, I can only suggest to follow below steps or request a refund by emailing your Google Play receipt to deliveries@orrs.de

The pro version is bound to your Google Account so as long as that remains configured as the first account in your device settings, it should stay active.
In some rare occasions, the Google Play license verification may get bugged. In this case, you can force a new license check by clicking the "Buy Pro-Version" button and choosing Google Play. If the window disappears and the ads are removed, it worked. Otherwise, please follow the steps below.
1) Reboot the device and force another license check.
2) If you use more than one Google account, make sure that the purchase account is on the first position in you list of accounts. If changes are necessary, perform 1) afterwards
3) Open the app manager (e.g. "Apps", " Manage Apps", ...) in your device settings. Find the Google Play Store and press the "Clear data" button. Afterwards, open the Play Store - you should be asked to accept the terms and conditions again. Lastly, perform 1)
4) Uninstall Deliveries completely. After reinstalling, the license will be checked upon first opening it again.

Your solution doesn't work.

We need a real solution as it seems to be a wider problem.

Thanks. I will try that. Also, it seems that everything works on the version before the latest version. When I downgraded, the ads went away and the settings were all enabled. Things went haywire in the latest update. Might be something in the software instead of google.

For me the latest update actually made the ads go away again. The Play service that handles the license stuff gets updated in the background, making it extra hard to figure out who causes what :/

Seems like the seller is not interrested in solving the problem. I suggest to inform google about this and call for refund. "ORRS" - when you sell a product so deliver support. In the business world no one cares if you study or not. Sorry, but there is no way to earn money and not provide the service!!!

Most large companies don't even manage to respond within two business weeks, and you expect a student will? And what business world are you talking about? Chill out, it's a) not that expensive, b) easily refunded and c) most of the time with these issues, it is the Google Play service (which handles the license checking) that is failing, so there is very little chance oRRs is going to be able to reliably debug this.
And on that last note, by all means, contact Google about the fact that their service sometimes buggs out.

I realize that this issue is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to find a real cause for the issue that might be fixed on my side of things (it really is an issue with the closed system of Google Play).
The next update I'm constantly working on will use the new Google Play services 7.0 and updated build tools. I desperately hope that this fixes some of the glitches. Please note that this still are extremely rare cases - thousands of customers have no problem with the license check.
If you want a refund, just forward the Google Play receipt to deliveries@orrs.de and I will try to refund the purchase as soon as possible. If your purchase is more than a year old, you'll need to request the refund via your Google Play order overview as Google disables the refund option for me after that.
