Will not sync between devices with new phone

Question

I replaced my Galaxy S3 with a Galaxy Note 3 (new SIM card too). Deliveries app used to sync between my S3 and Nexus tablet, but new tracking info entered on the Note 3 will not sync to  the Nexus. Both devices are logged to Deliveries app via Google Acc't and sync settings seem correct. Please advise... Thanks!

Not oRRs, but have you tried to check the sync page on your computer? It was not synced when I first installed, then all I need to do is refreshed the other app in the other phone and it's showing.

Let's say that there are already status on your Nexus, you won't see the same status unless you press refresh again. So two times refresh on your Note 3 is needed.
