Hi there,

since updating to the 6.0 beta (despite the recent bugfix) the Amazon.de synchronization does not pick up any new orders. I already tried deleting the sync and recreating it, but this did not help.

Any idea?

I've got another Amazon.de Business account. Unfortunately, for that account order sync still seems to be broken.

This thread seems to concern the beta 6.0 version. I'm having the same problem using v5.8.1. Is this the same problem?

Amazon seems to be actively changing the order overview right now. New beta is available.

I was having the same issue with the previous beta so I removed my Amazon account but before adding it back noticed that the connect with Google account said something like, logged in with null. So I disconnected it but cannot reconnect now, it said something about no login tokens, and now Rate limit exceeded.

It's still the same with a newer beta I just installed.

Thanks for your feedback. I've seen an error and it's caused by Google giving the app an already-expired access token on login (a bug that's been around since at least 2016 that is still in the rather new library I was forced to switch to...).

Yes that works now, my account for Google is connected now, then I got an error about the sync failing as being empty.

I the  tried to add Amazon.de and the same message but it didn't connect.

Odd. Could you send a screenshot of the exact error message via email? (Preferably via the "Report problem" functionality in the app in the left menu -> three dots -> about)
Does it happen too if you perform a full refresh in the main list of deliveries?

I'll do the report shortly but wanted to add that I have no delivery sources at as I deleted them all and that message happens both when I do it at the deliveries or connection screens.

Thanks for the speedy fix, updated last night and works like a charm.

Previously I also occasionally had single Amazon orders that did not get any updates. These are now also fixed.

Finally after a few days, the only order I have on Amazon.de was updated for being shipped and the beta app notified me.

However, it seems to have stopped showing me the information in English which is what my account at Amazon.de is set to. Can this be fixed?

In the synchronization settings of the app, press on your Amazon account and choose "Browser". Then use the website to change the session language to English and press OK/Save afterwards.

Thank-you - I also needed to switch the app to using the internal browser as it would not save the change until I did. But it looks fine now, and I disabled the internal browser again.
