The courier website shows the full tracking, but your app, while it seems to login to it, doesn't show any updates

Kindly send an error report from the app (in detail view of the delivery in question, select "Report problem" from the three-dot menu), so I can take a look.

My Gmail app seems to be playing up. I queued a reply as you asked for, but it's still queued after hours have passed and won't let me force it to try again

For whatever reason, the shipment is now updating normally

I noticed when I went to report this problem that it wasn't appearing with others for syncing. I'll take a look again now that the shipment is tracking normally
