Hi there,

thanks for the 6.0.2 updated, which I just installed. While my personal Amazon.de account is now syncing again, my Amazon Business account is still not working correctly (despite setting up the synchronization again): No orders are found although there are some recent orders in the account.

Any ideas?

Could you try using the "Browser" button while adding the account in the synchronization settings? As soon as you're logged in and see your orders in the browser, press "save".

Unfortunately, this doesn't help.

IMHO, the problem may be caused by the fact that Business is using a completely different frontend. At least the order list seems to be a SPA that only renders after a few seconds.

Not sure, if you are scraping HTML, but if that's the case this might not work for Business as you probably need to execute JavaScript (or invoke the backend API) to get the orders.

Okay, then this is unrelated to the current Amazon issue I'm seeing for some customers that try to (re-)login.

Unfortunately, I do not have an active Amazon Business account that contains current orders I could test with, and it would require a heavy time investment, so I currently cannot give any hopes in this regard :-(
