Widget always blank

Question

Since upgrading from my Pixel 7 to a Pixel 10, the widget is always empty - I have the app tracking 5 orders which I get notifications for, but the widget remains empty.

I had originally restored from a backup when I set up the Pixel 10, but I have tried from a clean start and it's still the same. I thought it might have been because they were all from Amazon.de but I had a 6th package until today from another service and it also never appeared in the widget.

Any ideas? I did send a support message with logs about a week ago, so maybe that can help.

Same issue here, but I only have a Pixel 8 Pro, not a Pixel 10.

But it works perfectly fine on my tablet, just like before.

I suspect it has more to do with Android 16 than the device itself, as my problem with my phone started pretty much right after that happened.
