Tracking with Post Switzerland worked until around mid June 2025 (last successfully updated delivery was 18 June 2025), since then, Status remains at "noch keine Sendungsinformationen vorhanden". If I open the shipment in the browser, I see fully updated tracking information, so the issue is in the communication between the app and data provider.
I have already sent a few shipment numbers with "Problem melden" feature, but didn't get any reaction. Has the support for Switzerland been abandoned?
