Amazon delivery status often but not always have am/pm flipped

Question

Individual status updates from Amazon often have am & pm flipped. While it shows correctly on Amazon's own website, the status timestamp in the app is 12h off.

I also don't get an automatic addition anymore but still works if I manually add the delivery.  Thanks for flagging

That's an entirely different problem, which I don't have at all. My Amazon purchases always shows up in the app automatically.
