Not a Typical Teacher Training Course
Many courses do a great a job of creating a fun yoga holiday experiences where students deepen their practice and make friends, but Philippines Rishikesh Ayurveda Yoga School Yoga teacher training takes it to a whole new level of professionalism. This is our history and our tradition, so we attract and support a very different kind of student.
This course consists of a strategically-planned curriculum that turns yoga students into yoga healers in just four weeks’ time—every time—and our successful graduates and our successful studios are proof of the program’s efficacy.
The yoga training industry is very strange in that most teacher training courses do not actually teach you how to teach. If you talk to any yoga studio owner, you’ll find they rarely hire new graduates because, in most cases, new grads from most schools are just not ready to teach a class yet.
Yoga and Ayurveda are intrinsically entwined, in that they are sister sciences. One incomplete without the other. This course has a strong focus on both sciences, to provide a holistic learning experience.
The origins of Yoga as yet a mystery. As enigmatic as its origins are, so are its various techniques and asanas. Our focus is on teaching you not just popular yoga, but focus on introducing you to the many fascinating and little-known elements. One such element is the Mudra. Mudras are powerful practices that have been used by ancient yogis, enabling them to deepen their meditation practice to what today would be called Super-Human. A good example to reduce or eliminate the need for food, deriving sustainance from the life energy within. This particular mudra is called the “Khaechri Mudra”. Expect to learn this and more ancient secrets of yoga.
