I've already sent an e-mail, a few days ago, to tell to the developper that the tracking for COLISSIMO, in the app "DELIVERIES", doesn't work since the 14th February. Indeed, when I try to track a COLISSIMO package, I get the status: "None" ("Aucun" in French).
But on the website, (http://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois), everything works fine...
Dear Oliver Rennies, please, could you fix that problem quickly? Thank you in advance.
