At first, please click on Settings -> Synchronization -> (Heading: External) -> Add account -> Amazon and follow the instructions.
After successfully adding your first account, you need to set the time frame in which the app should look back for new deliveries (recommended: one week). This setting is right below your configured accounts ("Synchronization").
