Account is a pro user but login to website keeps saying it is for Pro User only, credentials does not match need to create account in App.
related to an answer for: Can not access Mobile and Web app.

Did you make sure that the pro version is active on all devices that are linked to your account?

I had to "Revoke connection" on my phone, then log back in.

It's under settings and synchronization.
