Today I decided to try tracking an Amazon package for the first time. After I created the package search, I got a security alert from Amazon indicating that a ChromeOS desktop device logged in to Amazon from a California location. The devices I used were Android devices located in Georgia. If a different device logged into my account from California, that suggests that my Amazon login credentials were transmitted to a remote location. That sounds risky to me. Shouldn't the login come directly from my device?
