I am monitoring a delivery by DHL to be sent to a German address. I can see the progress at the DHL website and if I am logged in on "https://deliveries.orrs.de/sync/#"
by selecting the icon "open in browser", so it seems as if the tracking number is ok.
When I monitor my shipments on my Android app, three other current shipments are updating normally. This particular DHL shipment triggers the error message "Fehler beim Laden der Daten" and no data is loaded. I can only speculate what leads to this issue. I have ordered a delayed delivery with DHL and thus additional information is shown on their tracking page (see below). Maybe this information cannot be processed correctly by the app?
