I am monitoring a delivery by DHL to be sent to a German address. I can see the progress at the DHL website and if I am logged in on "https://deliveries.orrs.de/sync/#" by selecting the icon "open in browser", so it seems as if the tracking number is ok.

When I monitor my shipments on my Android app, three other current shipments are updating normally. This particular DHL shipment triggers the error message "Fehler beim Laden der Daten" and no data is loaded. I can only speculate what leads to this issue. I have ordered a delayed delivery with DHL and thus additional information is shown on their tracking page (see below). Maybe this information cannot be processed correctly by the app?

This is what the DHL website says:

"Storage based on requested delivery day (order by the recipient)

Preferred delivery: Th, 30.09.2021

Recipient: xxx

Flexible delivery to a different place or on a different date.

Detailed tracking history:

Tu, 28.09.2021, 09:18

The shipment is being stored at the delivery depot because a specific delivery day has been requested (order by the recipient).

Tu, 28.09.2021, 01:37, Speyer

The shipment arrived in the region of recipient and will be transported to the delivery base in the next step.

Same behaviour on another DHL delivery:
- If I use the link from within the https://deliveries.orrs.de/sync/# site, I am directed to the DHL website and I can see the delivery status. Which proves the tracking number I have entered is correct.
- However, the Android app is not able to fetch the data.

If needed, I can provide you with the tracking numbers, but I don't want to post them publicly on the internet, so please send me a private message.
